Somehow, it's perfectly okay for everyone to complain about how fat they are and how they can't lose weight, but I frequently get knifey stares whenever I mention having the opposite problem. For the last time, it's GENETIC. I know I've blogged about this before, and I don't want to repeat myself, so I'll try not to.
Anyway, I have recently come across a few ideas:
1) Exercising a little bit more lately has made me feel GREAT! I am bursting with energy, even though I stay up a little too late "surfing the internet" (aka reading Twilight fanfiction).
2) Exercise makes me hungrier. WAY hungrier. I notice this in the summer when I commute on bike to work as well. I don't think I eat enough as it is, but I definitely don't eat enough for extra exercise.
Therefore I've developed some loose goals of eating more (mostly healthy foods, though sometimes not) to have enough energy to exercise, and hopefully also gaining a little bit of weight. I'm also curious to see if's possible for me to gain weight, given my high metabolism, so it's a bit of an experiment. It would appear it's working so far, as per my title.
